Thank you for making our inaugural High Tea a success. We raised nearly $16,000 which was a wonderful result, and we could not have done it without our wonderful supporters and the amazing Denise Scott and Seb Haysman who kept us entertained.

Here’s one good reason to start! Thursday Girls is now an approved Donation Partner within the scheme. This means when you return your containers, you can select Thursday Girls as a recipient.
Every little bit helps for Thursday Girls, as we don’t receive any government funding to cover our operational costs. We are reliant on philanthropic organisations, support from our amazing partners, and generous individuals who give us regular or one-off donations.
We are registered with all of the CDS regions across Victoria, so no matter where you are, you can help! Last financial year we raised over $600 for Thursday Girls through this scheme, which helps cover the cost of care packages sent out to our members when they are going through a tough time..
Here's how to start:
Download the App for your region and register as a user
In the App, set your payment type as Donation and select Thursday Girls
When you go to a refund point, be sure to scan your barcode when prompted. Don't follow the instructions to Donate on the Reverse Vending Machines, as this is not connected to your account, and your donation will get allocated elsewhere.
Celebrate! Feel free to tag us on Facebook or Instagram if you want to share the love.
Please share with all your friends and encourage them to choose Thursday Girls.
It will give you a good feeling and help us continue with our work.
